We’re so glad you’re here! Our affiliate program is built on something simple: sharing the good stuff. By referring others to Classy Smiles, you’re helping spread confidence, kindness, and a whole lot of kissable karma—and we believe you should be rewarded for that.
Please read these terms carefully. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms:
To become an affiliate, you must:
And you should try Classy Smiles teeth whitening first. Because we believe in sharing what you actually love. This way you’ll be able to speak from experience. And honestly, once you’ve had your smile brightened, you’ll want to tell everyone.
We reserve the right to approve or deny anyone at our discretion.
When someone books through your unique referral link or is tagged by a Classy Smiles technician under your name, that’s your referral.
You’ll receive a commission for each qualified referral. Currently, that’s [10%] lifetime for direct referrals (Tier 1) and [5%] lifetime for second-tier referrals (someone you referred who goes on to refer others).
Payouts happen monthly, once you’ve earned at least $20.
Of course, all referrals must be real customers. We reserve the right to withhold payments in the case of fraud, fake accounts, or self-referrals.
Referrals are tracked through unique links that look like this: https://classysmiles.co/?am_id=your-identifier.
If a referred customer doesn’t use your referral link when visiting the website to book an appointment, we may not be able to attribute the referral. Manual entry for tracking referrals is sometimes possible.
Commissions are based on the customer’s total payment, minus any refunds, taxes, or discounts.
Payments are made via Stripe Connect ACH, so you’ll need to set up your payment info.
Payouts are processed monthly and can take up to 14 days after the end of the month.
If your payout is under $20, it’ll roll over to the next month.
We’re all about kindness and transparency.
We want this program to last forever—we built it to reward real people, not ad platforms.
But things can change. We may have to pause, pivot, or end the program down the road. If that happens, we’ll do our best to give you notice.

That said, life happens.
We may need to tweak things from time to time (percentages, payouts, etc.). We’ll do our best to give you a heads-up when we do. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
This is not an employment contract—you’re participating as an independent promoter.
You’re responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Utah, and any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts.
