Classy Smiles provides teeth whitening services by appointment only. All services are cosmetic and results may vary.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee or lose deposit eligibility.
3. Payments
Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Prepaid packages, promotions, or discounted services are non-refundable.
4. Promotions & Referrals
Promotional offers and referral rewards are subject to change without notice.
Referral discounts must be claimed at the time of booking.
Abuse of referral codes may result in disqualification from the program.
5. Health Disclosure
By booking, you confirm that you have no medical or dental conditions that would make teeth whitening unsafe. Please consult with your dentist if unsure.
6. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive reminders, updates, and occasional promotions from Classy Smiles Group, LLC.
You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP” to texts or contacting us directly.
